Privacy Policy
Yes, that's right - we call our Privacy Policy a Privacy Promise. Typically, an Internet site will provide a detailed Privacy Policy written by attorneys. It is often confusing and generally protects the interests of the Internet Site operator, not the client. It is rarely written in such a way that guarantee's the potential clients privacy.
So, here is a Privacy Promise for My New Car Purchase.com: We will not share any client information with any other group or entity unless forced by judicial or governmental agencies. Period.
Collection of Data
My New Car Purchase does not collect Internet User identity or contact information from Internet Users' visits to our Partners Web Sites. For each visitor to the My New Car Purchase Web site, our partners servers automatically collect an IP address.
An Internet User's browser sets Cookies (when enabled) that contain small amounts of data on the Internet User's computer after a visit to any web site. Cookies assist My New in tracking Internet Users' activities beginning from a Publisher's web site or subscription e-mail through an Advertiser's web site that the Internet User links to from the Publisher's site or e-mail.
If the Internet User re-visits the Advertiser's site directly, My New is able to continue to track the Internet User's activities on the Advertiser's site - nothing more. The Cookies themselves tell My New nothing about the Internet User personally.
My New does receive and record partial e-mail addresses of Internet Users, only in circumstances where the Internet User has voluntarily provided its identity and contact information through the Advertiser's Web site or this Publisher's Web site. This partial e-mail address does not enable My New to personally identify an Internet User.
If a partner's Web site tracking technology were to provide any personally identifying information to My New beyond name and/or e-mail address, My New will discard that information immediately.
My New does not sell or rent personally identifying information. My New does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone that My New is not authorized to do so. My New uses anonymous user data to create and report the browsing, purchasing and/or lead form completion activities of anonymous users.
My New reserves the right to release information on Internet Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those that My New is compelled to disclose to. At present, all information processing occurs in the United States.
